Metal treatment systems

There are two types of systems for spheroidising cast iron: automatic dosing and preparation of ferroalloys, or automatic injection of cored wire.

Using the chemical analysis of the metal in the melting furnace, the tapping temperature and the net weight of the molten metal, our software automatically adjusts the proportions both for the dosing of alloys into the ladle and for the length of the treatment wire, ensuring that the cast iron meets the desired specifications.

This process eliminates human error in the approximate preparation of ferroalloys.
It enables full traceability of each ladle and, consequently, of the metal used for casting, offering the perfect solution for compliance with Industry 4.0.
