Decore machines

ECOSTERR 2000 is a machine projected especially to decore cores from aluminium castings through a particular vibration combined to a floating movement.  The machine is equipped with a clamp to take the pieces and a universal bracket is provided to lock every kind of casting.  The rotation of the piece in different positions is foreseen combined to the vibration.

ECOSTERR 2000 eliminates completely the assistance of operator to make the decoring with the following advantages.

1. Elimination of noise

2. Elimination of dangerous effects to the operator coming from vibration of manual systems.

3. Inclusion of parameters imposed by the rules in force covering safety, hygiene, noise and environmental preservation

4. Full recovery of sands and dusts coming from decoring operation
