The Euromac ECOSTERR 2000 core-removal machine is designed to automate the process of removing cores from aluminium castings, combining a specific vibration action with a tilting system. Fitted with a casting gripper featuring a universal clamping mechanism, the machine allows different types of casting to be secured and rotates the workpiece into multiple positions during the machining cycle.
This solution completely eliminates the need for manual intervention during the core removal phase, offering significant advantages in terms of reduced noise levels, greater operator safety compared to manual systems, compliance with safety, hygiene and environmental regulations, as well as the recovery of sand and dust generated by the process.
