Euromac moulding systems are designed to meet the diverse production requirements of foundries with reliable, flexible and high-performance solutions.
The range includes automatic moulding lines, hydraulic moulding machines and semi-automatic systems, developed to ensure operational continuity, compaction precision and adaptability to different work cycles.
In particular, the automatic green sand moulding lines can achieve a production capacity of up to 180 brackets per hour and are based on hydraulic moulding machines featuring compact rams measuring 70 x 70 mm, a dual-chamber head and independent pressure control via servo-valves.
The system can be configured for three different moulding sequences — from below, from above, and with active and passive phases — whilst the rapid changeover of the mould plate helps to reduce cycle times and improve the overall efficiency of the plant.
